How do I make a reservation?
Phone and email requests for reservations can be done 365 days in advance 7 days a week. Our phone number is 850-640-7426 and email is firstname.lastname@example.org We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 unless accompanied by an adult. Our rates are quoted for up to 4 persons with an addition charge of $5.00 per person per day up to the maximum capacity of 6 persons. Confirmation of your reservation will be provided upon receipt of a 20% security deposit of your total reservation cost. Balance on reservation is due 30 days prior to your arrival which will include a $300.00 damage deposit that will be refunded to you within 5 days of your departure date once an inspection of your condo has been completed.
Cancellations and Early Departures
All cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival date (daily/weekly guests) or 60 days (monthly guests) to secure a full refund of your security deposit. Once you have arrived, we will not refund any portion of your stay in the event you decide to depart early.
Although we strive to make sure your stay is just as you plan it, there are some things that are beyond our control (i.e. electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, or the sale of a unit) that could render the condo unavailable. If this should occur, we reserve the right to substitute a unit at our discretion. If comparable accommodations are not available, a full refund will be given to the guest.
If you are vacationing between June 1st and November 31st and a hurricane is forecasted to affect our area, guests will be given a full refund of their security deposit or upon the event of an early departure due to a hurricane, guest will be refunded an amount equal to the days remaining that they would not be staying with us.
Guests may not sublet or assign any portion of their registered stay. Guests with less than 6 persons in their condo are permitted to have family or friends come and stay for a few days (so long as not to ever exceed 6 persons per condo at any time) but the registered guest must be staying in the condo for the duration of their registered vacation days.
Each unit at Latitude 29 is individually owned and they along with Trinity Management Services, LLC shall be held harmless from all items lost or stolen and from all claims of action arising from the rental of a unit by the guest.
Damage deposits are required by each reservation in the amount of $300.00 and the guests will be responsible for any damages to the rented property whether by themselves or someone else in their party. Your liability may not be limited to your damage deposit amount. Damage deposits on undamaged units will be issued back to the guest within 5 days of the date of departure. Please allow 7 to 10 days for it be credited to your credit card as it must process through our credit card processor and yours.
Check in time is at 3:00 pm Central time. If you arrive before check in time, you are welcome to hang out in the back yard and wait until your condo is ready for you. We strive to make every effort to have the condos ready for you as quickly as possible; however, we do want them to be clean and ready to make your vacation the best it can be. If the unit was not occupied the day before your arrival, you can request an early check in for an additional fee of $50.00 which would allow you to arrive and get in your condo by 12:00 pm Central time. This request will need to be made at the time you make your reservation or shortly thereafter. Please do not request a different unit than the one you reserved unless you do so more than 30 days prior to your arrival.
Check out is at 10:00 am Central time. If your condo is not rented again the day you are scheduled to check out, you can request a late check out for an additional $50.00 which would make your check out time extended until 2:00 pm Central time. This request would need to be made at least one day prior to your check out day as our housekeepers arrive early and do not desire to make the drive to Latitude 29 unnecessarily.
Please place all dirty dishes in the dish washer and turn it on, place all dirty linens in the laundry basket provided, remove all garbage and deposit in the dumpster provided on the west end of the property, if there are any items that you noticed that need to be addressed leave us a note on the kitchen counter, and be sure the door is locked when you leave. Be sure to make a last walk thru to ensure you have all your belongings (chargers, phones) before locking the door.
We do not allow pets. If you require a service animal, please let us know when you are making your reservations so we can make the necessary cleaning accommodations as some people are allergic to animal dander.
All condos are non-smoking. Latitude 29 provides areas in the “Back Yard” to smoke. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If the smell of smoking is detected inside the condo, you will be charged and additional fee for cleaning (removal of smell by carpet and upholstery cleaning) which can be quite costly.
Latitude 29’s parking spaces are limited so please only bring 1 vehicle. If you must bring 2, you will be required to park one vehicle in the overflow parking area next to the road or park one in the parking lot at Winn Dixie a mile and a half west of Latitude 29. We will not be able to accommodate boats, motor homes, trailers, or RV’s.
Services and Amenities
Telephones are not required to be in the condos; however, some do still provide that service. Maid service is not included in the rental of our condos. There is a laundry facility on the west end of the property for your convenience. We will exchange towels for our guests on Mondays (winter monthly guests) and on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday (daily & weekly guests); however, if you need to have clean linens on any other days, you will need to do them in the onsite laundry facility. Each condo has all the linens for the beds. You can find the twin & the queen sets in the drawers or baskets under the bunks. All towels, wash cloths, & hand towels are under the sinks in each bathroom. A starter supply of toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, facial tissues, bath soap, trash bags, paper towels, pots and pan scrubbies, & liquid dish detergent will be in the condo when you arrive.

Pool & Spa
No lifeguard is on duty. Guests are responsible to watch their children while in the “Back Yard”. Children are not to be left unattended and no child under the age of 12 is permitted to be in the spa at any time (not even with a parent). Pool hours are from 8:00 am Central time until 10:00 pm Central time. Quiet time is from 10:00 pm Central time until 8:00 am Central time (please be mindful of others during these hours). Only registered guests are allowed in the “Back Yard.”
No glass is permitted in the “Back Yard” and please be sure to take all your pool toys or floats in each night so no one can be accidentally hurt by them.
All infants and small children need swim diapers (not regular diapers) so everyone can enjoy the pools with out interruption. All pool rules are posted and they should be observed at all times.

This Agreement can only be changed in writing and not orally between Trinity Management Services of PCB, LLC and the registering guests. The laws of Florida govern this Agreement.
